Cancellation policy 2026
Cancellation or modification of the booking must be made in writing (by registered letter, fax or e-mail).
- Cancellation deadlines:
- Between opening and June 30: at least 10 days before arrival
- Between July 1 and August 31: at least 15 days before arrival
- From September 1 until closing: at least 10 days before arrival
If the cancellation is made within these deadlines, the full deposit will be refunded, excluding administrative fees. If the cancellation is not communicated within the deadlines, the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty. The reference date will be the postmark date for letters, or the date of receipt for fax or e-mail. Please note that processing the refund may take from 15 to 45 working days.
Important note on extra services:
Additional services booked in advance, such as half board, breakfast or beach service, follow the same cancellation policy as the accommodation. In the event of cancellation within the specified deadlines, the amounts paid for these services will also be refunded in the same way.
