We at Villaggio San Francesco have always been attentive to safety. We are prepared to make your holiday even more serene and smart.
Upon your arrival you will be able to use the official BI4YOU app: it gives you the possibility to access all the activities of the village, even on your mobile phone!

Upon your arrival
Upon arrival, you will receive a safety map with exit routes, gathering points and the location of emergency telephones.
The entrance of guests is regulated by an identification device (the bracelet).
Access and exits are regulated by electronic gates.
Your accomodation unit
Your accommodation, as well as all shared areas, is cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.
You will also find waste sorting bins at your disposal.
Night surveillance is provided.
Beach
We have created a new arrangement of parasols so that you can enjoy more privacy.
It is recommended to book in advance a spot on the beach in the equipped area. Within the free area, each parasol will have 10 square metres at its disposal.
Qualified bathing personnel are available.
Swimming pools
The parameters of the pools will be constantly monitored with a frequency that cannot exceed two hours while the limits of the free active chlorine parameter in the pool will be between 1.0 – 1.5 mg/l; combined chlorine ± 0.40 mg/l; pH 6.5 – 7.5.
Periodically, chemical and microbiological analyses will be carried out by special laboratories.
Daily disinfection of the pools is provided as well.
Qualified bathing personnel are available.
Animation
Our fantastic animators will always be with you.
Our app and our staff will give you the possibility to make a reservation and take part in our events, this way you will be able to participate in the events avoiding queues and gatherings.
The main activities will be accessible through the app and our social channels.
Common areas
The floors are sanitised daily with chlorine-based sanitising detergents.
The shared bathrooms are sanitised by the staff several times a day with chlorine-based sanitising detergents.
Every two weeks, mosquito pest control is provided, legionella treatment is provided on a yearly basis.
There is a medical service.
