The flavours of the sea meet local wines
The Mazzolada poolside dinner is the result of a collaboration between Villaggio San Francesco and Cantina Mazzolada, a Portogruaro winery with deep roots in the Venetian hinterland. Surrounded by vineyards, woodland and a historic lagoon farmhouse, Mazzolada grows and selects its own grapes, overseeing every stage of production from vineyard to bottle, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and the promotion of local grape varieties.
The partnership with Villaggio San Francesco offers guests a series of events dedicated to wine, food and conviviality, designed to tell the story of the Veneto region through experiences to enjoy during their holiday. Following tastings and dinners at the historic farmhouse, Mazzolada comes to Piscina Tropical for a special evening immersed in the resort’s summer atmosphere and accompanied by live music at Tukan.
The menu showcases seafood, the aromas of the Adriatic and touches of Venetian tradition. Each course is paired with a Mazzolada wine selected to create a harmonious and complete journey, from the entrée through to dessert.
