The Holiday Home Residence – Blue Ivy include:
- Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be joined) and a sofa bed for one person in the living room. In the two-story apartments, the bedrooms are located on the first floor.
- Living area with IPTV and a kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave oven, sink, pots and tableware, refrigerator, table, and chairs.
- Bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, sink, and hairdryer.
- Covered terrace or balcony (for first-floor apartments) furnished with a garden table and chairs.
