The promotion applies only to selected periods and accommodations and is subject to availability.
Cancellation Conditions 2026
The cancellation or modification of the booking must be made in writing (registered letter, fax or email).
- Cancellation deadlines:
- Between opening and June 30: at least 10 days before arrival
- Between July 1 and August 31: at least 15 days before arrival
- From September 1 until closing: at least 10 days before arrival
If the cancellation occurs within these deadlines, the entire deposit will be refunded, excluding administrative costs. If the cancellation is not communicated within the deadlines, the full amount paid will be retained as a penalty. The reference date will be the postmark date for letters, or the date of receipt for fax or email. Please note that processing the refund may take between 15 and 45 working days.
Important note regarding extra services:
Additional services booked in advance, such as half board, breakfast or beach service, follow the same cancellation conditions as the accommodation. In the event of cancellation within the specified deadlines, the amounts paid for these services will also be refunded according to the same conditions.
