Cancellation conditions 2026
Cancellation or modification of the booking must be made in writing (registered letter, fax or e-mail).
- Cancellation deadlines:
- From opening until 30 June: at least 10 days before arrival
- From 1 July to 31 August: at least 15 days before arrival
- From 1 September until closing: at least 10 days before arrival
If the cancellation is made within these deadlines, the full deposit will be refunded, excluding handling fees. If the cancellation is not communicated within the stated deadlines, the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty. The reference date will be the postmark date for letters, or the receipt date for fax or e-mail. Please note that refund processing may take between 15 and 45 working days.
Important note regarding extra services:
Additional services booked in advance, such as half board, breakfast or beach service, follow the same cancellation conditions as the accommodation. If the cancellation is made within the established deadlines, the amounts paid for these services will also be refunded under the same conditions.
