Guaranteed sanitization
Small terraced houses (for 2 persons, extra charge for a third person) situated in Belvedere or Penelope zone, consisting of:
  • one bedroom with two joinable single beds
  • kitchenette with stove, microwave, mini blender, sink, pots and pans, fridge, table and chairs, sofa bed (french)
  • bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, sink, hair dryer
  • covered terrace with garden table and chairs
  • small fenced private garden
  • air-conditioning (one clima card – 30 hours included, extra paid on spot)
  • pets not allowed.
KITCHEN
  • Dishes set (plates, glasses, cups etc.);
  • cutlery, pots and pans of different sizes;
  • italian moka pot, milk pot, masher, strainer, cheese grater, pitcher, chopping board, reamer, funnel, can opener, bottle opener etc.
CLEANING
  • Guaranteed sanitization before your arrival!
  • Cleaning kit (floor mopper and broom).
INDOOR
  • Window mosquito net;

  • use of bed linen and towels with weekly change
