Guaranteed sanitization
Apartment Midi (for 3 persons) are situated on ground floor or first floor near Maxim Pool and consist of:
  • bedroom with three joinable single beds
  • kitchenette with stove, microwave, sink, pots and pans, fridge, table and chairs
  • SAT/TV
  • bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, sink, hair dryer
  • covered terrace with garden table and chairs
  • air-conditioning (one clima card – 30 hours included, extra paid on spot)
  • pets not allowed.
KITCHEN
  • Dishes set (plates, glasses, cups etc.);
  • cutlery, pots and pans of different sizes;
  • italian moka pot, milk pot, masher, strainer, cheese grater, pitcher, chopping board, reamer, funnel, can opener, bottle opener etc.
CLEANING
  • Guaranteed sanitization before your arrival!
  • Cleaning kit (floor mopper and broom).
INDOOR
  • Window mosquito net;
  • drying rack.
  • Parking place
  • initial and final cleaning
  • use of bed linen and towels with weekly change
  • gas, electricity and water consumption
  • use of swimming pools
  • access to the beach (excluded sun loungers and umbrellas)
