Cancellation Policy 2026
Any cancellation or modification of the booking must be communicated in writing (registered mail, fax or e-mail).
- Cancellation terms:
- Between opening and June 30th: at least 10 days before arrival
- Between July 1st and August 31st: at least 15 days before arrival
- From September 1st to closing: at least 10 days before arrival
If the cancellation is made within these terms, the full deposit will be refunded, excluding administrative fees. If the cancellation is not communicated within the stated deadlines, the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty. The reference date will be the postmark date for letters, or the date of receipt for fax or e-mail. Please note that refund processing may take between 15 and 45 working days.
Important note regarding extra services:
Additional services booked in advance, such as half board, breakfast or beach service, follow the same cancellation terms as the accommodation. In case of cancellation within the stated deadlines, the amounts paid for these services will also be refunded under the same conditions.
