GENERAL CONDITIONS
Arrivals behind schedules must be announced to the Villaggio San Francesco as soon as possible, and however, as for the anticipated departures, the booked period must be paid entirely. Delays that exceed the 24 hours and that had not been communicated to the Reception will automatically cause the cancellation of the booking.
The reservation will be considert as walid only after the recivement of the deposit establised based on the period the upcoming written conirmation letter by the campside.
One-day visitors can be admitted in the holiday center if previously authorized, and are obligated to follow the staying condition (stay from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.) and to pay the day charge listed in the pricelist.
The entrance of the pets on the site must be authorized, made the excaption by the artical of the law N.37 data 12.02.1974. and the law N.376 data 25.08.1988. concerning dogs for accompaniament for blind persons and obligates their owners to complete acceptance and observance of “animal friends” regulation. The charge for pets is indicated in the pricelist and has to be paid.
The Management has the right to require any on-site guests to use a ticket, bracelet or other issues for identiication purpose, in order to guarantee the most possible security and civil behavior.
Eventual problems or complains need to be reportet within 24h from the arrival at the information ofice, over this time no complains will be taken in consideration.
Damage or breaking made to the structure of the camping S.F. will be quantiied and settled on site.
The camping villagge S.F. reservs the right to let the second car in by payment, based on the inside availability of parking places.
Entrance in the holiday center Villaggio San Francesco presumes the acquaintance and acceptance of the on-site regulations as also any further regulation introduced by the Management at any moment during the guest’s stay.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings are made through regular mail, e-mail, fax, telephone or directly in our booking office.
During the highseason the accommodations are, generally, booked from Saturday to Saturday for one or more week/s. In low season the booking period can also be shorter than one week.
The payment for the booked period must be compensated within 3 days after the arrival.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
The cancellation of the booked period notified through certified mail, e-mail or fax, 45 days before the arrival day will result in the refund of the whole advance payment, but not of the booking expenses.
If the cancellation occurs between 44 to 30 days before the arrival day, the advance payment will result in the refund of the 30% of the advance payment, but not of the booking expenses. If the cancellation occurs 29 or less days before the arrival day the advance payment will be considered as a penalty for disrespecting the contract and therefore no refund can be claimed.
The date of the receipt of certiied mail, e-mail or fax is considered the effective one.

VILLAGE - IT IS INCLUDED IN PRICE:

• persons up to the number indicated, independently of their age, apart the extra person/s;
• use of bed linen with the weekly change;
• gas, electricity and water consumption;
• one parking place next to the own accommodation unit;
• use of the swimmingpools (except the wather park);
• the accomodation units is furnished and equipped with crockery and cooking utensils;
• touristic tax not included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
On the arrival day the accommodation unit will be obtainable during the hours communicated in our papers. On the departure day it must be evacuated between 7.00 and 10.00 a.m., after the final inspection.
For anticipated departures, the handing back of the accommodation and eventual inspection must be agreed in the related office. The Management reserves itself the right to assign the accommodation to its discretion.
By departure the accommodation must be left tidy and clean, free of any item not present in the inventory list provided on arrival. Minimal stay: 3 nights.
The aircondition on the inside of the living unit has an extra cost of 20€ more 5€ for condition, once when its’ activated it will be not possible to return the mony left unused on the card.

CAMPSITE - IT IS INCLUDED IN PRICE:

• use of the assigned pitch, one car and one camping unit;
• water and energy consumption;
• use of the swimmingpools (except the wather park);
• touristic tax not included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
Use of the pitch max 6 persons one car and one camping unit.
In the case of an early departure or an delaytet arrivel based on the reservation, it will be added the tariff of an uninhabited pitch for the not taken days.
The pitches are being rented according to the same conditions as for the accommodation units mentioned above, except the departure instance that must occure before 12 o’clock.
Important: after 12 o’clock you will be charged for an additional night.
Minimal stay: 2 nights.
The pitch must be left perfectly tidy: possible holes in the ground must be properly reilled and the vegetation growing on it cannot be damaged.

Rest time: 1.00 - 3.00 p.m. / 11.30 p.m. - 7.00 a.m.
(it is prohibited to enter, exit or move with motor vehicles).
Orario cassa: 9:00 - 12:00 / 16:00 - 19:00
(the campside reservs the right to wary the working tims according with the organization needs).
